Civil Engineer Budget Analyst

Duties to be performed:

Make initial contact with our leads and schedule site visits
Perform technical assessments on site at potential construction sites
Prepare detailed estimates and material lists
Prepare work schedules and monitor the execution of the works;
Present proposals and estimates to clients;
Reconcile estimated costs with actual costs
Keep the customer database (CRM) up to date.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field;
Proven experience in construction budgeting;
Solid computer skills (CRM, Office, CAD).
Ability to perform structural calculations;
Fluency in English;
Proactivity, dynamism, and excellent communication skills;
Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively;
Active registration with the Order of Engineers;
Authorization to sign terms of responsibility and permits;
