BluePeak covers the full cycle of a building project: renovations (houses, apartments, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, offices and shops), civil construction including new houses and swimming pools, architecture, decoration and furniture, and individual trades such as painting, plumbing, electrics, carpentry and roofing. We work with both private and commercial clients, and every project includes in-house site management — one single point of contact from quote to handover.
Which areas of Portugal does BluePeak cover?
BluePeak operates across mainland Portugal — all 18 districts — with headquarters in Porto (Av. Marechal Gomes da Costa, 1551). We have dedicated service pages and teams in around 30 cities, including Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Aveiro, Faro and Évora. For areas outside the main cities, the technical visit is scheduled the same way through the quote form.

Yes. BluePeak Estate & Investments, Unip. LDA (company no. 517230844) holds Portuguese Construction License (Alvará) no. 110497 – PAR, which legally qualifies it to carry out construction and renovation works in Portugal, and operates with liability insurance. The license and legal details are shown in the footer of every page on this site.
How does the process work, from request to finished project?
Three steps: first, request a quote on the website; second, our team visits the property, surveys measurements and requirements, and delivers a detailed quote; third, once approved, BluePeak handles planning, municipal licensing where applicable, execution and supervision through to handover. Throughout the works you have continuous follow-up from the project management team.
