Who we are
BluePeak (legal name: BluePeak Estate & Investments, tax no. 517230844) is a Portuguese construction and renovation company founded in January 2023, headquartered at Av. Marechal Gomes da Costa 1551, Porto. We operate across all 18 districts of mainland Portugal, with dedicated teams in around 30 cities.
Licensing
We hold Construction Licence (Alvará) no. 110497 – PAR, Class 2, issued by IMPIC in February 2024. Anyone can verify it on the public IMPIC portal by searching our tax number 517230844. We also carry active civil liability insurance.
Guarantees
All our works are covered by the statutory 5-year guarantee for long-duration building works (Article 1225 of the Portuguese Civil Code), stated in writing in every contract. We promise no guarantee that is not in the contract.
How we work
Free itemised quote after a technical visit — the approved price is the final price; changes mid-works only with the client’s written approval. Dedicated project manager, written deadlines, and a client portal with daily progress. A typical apartment renovation takes 4 to 8 weeks; a bathroom, 2 to 4.
The team
A multidisciplinary in-house team — architecture, engineering and execution under one roof. Engineering is led by Bernardo Sousa, Director of Engineering, author of the technical guides on our blog.
